Holistic Natural Therapies

Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and join us at the
Endsleigh Sanctuary where we offer a range of natural Holistic
Therapies by experienced and qualified therapists.

The treatment room is located in the quiet West Wing and overlooks the Labyrinth. If you wish, you can walk the Labyrinth as a form of meditation and contemplation before or after your treatment.

Reflexology

A deeply relaxing and therapeutic treatment and prevention “work-out” for the whole body utilising
pressure points on the feet.

1 hour ~ £25.00

Aromatherapy

The use of natural plant essences to promote
balance and health for the mind, body and spirit. A gentle but powerful specialist massage
combining lymphatic drainage, pressure points and polarity therapy.

1 hour, 15 minutes ~ £30.00
With Skin Brushing ~ 1 hour, 30 mins. ~ £35.00

Skin Brushing removes dead skin cells, improves circulation and
lymph drainage.

Consultations

A full consultation is necessary before you commence Aromatherapy if you require it to help treat an existing medical condition. If you are having treatments simply for relaxation and general improvement, you don't have to have a consultation, but it will greatly help to tailor the treatment better to suit your needs:

Hot Stone Therapy

A greatly energising massage using the thermal healing power of heated
basalt stones. The high level of iron and magnesium in the stones allows them to release heat slowly to work where the body needs it.

1 hour ~ £25.00

Swedish Back Massage

A traditional massage working mainly on the muscles of the back and neck to soothe and smooth away tension and pain.

30 mins ~ £15.00

Natural Beauty

Classic Facial

A deep cleanse and tone, for all skin types.1 hour ~ £25.00

Aromatherapy Facial

A rejuvenating facial including the use of Indian Marma Point therapy, skin smoothing essential oil massage, gentle exfoliation and warm compresses.
Includes natural clay face mask.

1 hour ~ £30.00
